I just think she looks so little walking next to her daddy.
I can never get enough of her.
She loves the park. Her expressions are priceless.
Pure joy.
Awww. This is the ONLY way she will let me sleep in a little longer in the mornings. This exact position. It doesn't matter that her little head is completely choking me. She's made it clear that there are no acceptable variations to sleeping on my chest. I kind of love it though.
Candid picture. She insisted upon wearing the sun hat and glasses. She gets so mad when I have to take her hat off for a shower. I've said it before and I'll say it again... I cannot believe this opinionated little girl came from me. She already has strong opinions about everything. Maybe she will teach me a thing or two.
I love her!
All decked out and ready for the ride home.
We went to the tulip gardens at Thanksgiving Point with Alycia and Jackson. It was another one of those heavenly days for me. Brecken had the time of her life. Alycia and Jackson were pooped out from playing outside all day and went home earlier than us, but Breck and I were just getting started. Brecken probably RAN 5 miles that day. It was just what both of us needed.
Aren't their little bums cute?
I forgot to bring Brecken's sunglasses and she was on the verge of a total meltdown. Luckily, JP's were in the car to save the day.
Me and my diva baby :)
Breck and Jackson
Brecken liked to show me all of the flowers.
Just some funny faces from a funny little girl.
I just love the mountains in the background in this one.
Trying to peace out.
Sweet kisses from my sticky munchkin.
Before I realized what was happening, Brecken had fed all of the tulips goldfish crackers. She was so proud of herself. Goldfish were the perfect size to fit in the middle of the tulip. It was pretty funny. Do you think I might have liked looking at my little girl a little more than I like looking at the tulips? These pictures don't show how beautiful the tulips actually were, but at least my main subject was looking cute when she wasn't sprinting away from me.
Notice the goldfish.
Happy girl.
More feeding.
Now for some randoms. I did get to go downhill, backcountry, and cross-country skiing a few more times during this never ending winter. Usually I love winter and don't want it to end, but I was (am?, will it ever get here?) VERY ready for spring and summer. This is me pretending to be hardcore on a BEAUTIFUL day at Sundance with Josh and JP. I skipped work for this powder day, don't tell.

Snow-shoeing(below) and cross-country skiing (above) with Alycia and Jackson. Fun times. We kept thinking/hoping it might be the last snow day, so we were eager to get out as often as we could.
One day we were hiking, snow-shoeing, or skiing in the snow...and the next we were mountain biking in the dirt. Pretty crazy weather. I wouldn't mind it so much if we had some warmer days mixed in.

Mountain biking during Brecken's naptime on a warmer day...then back to x-country skiing!!!
I couldn't leave this out. This was Brecken's bowling game present from my parents. My dad made each of the kids puzzles with pictures of themselves on it. I absolutely love them!

Brecken and JP at the BYU creamery. She looks so stinkin' grown up to me right here.
We also went to Ikea and Brecken pretended to sleep in every single bed in the store.

Our little diva wears many hats. We may be in for it!
It's the new style guys!

Diva turned punk.

Oldie, but a goody. For those of you who don't already know, JP and I were driving to Tahoe and pulled over to run around at the Salt Flats. Somebody made this cute sign out of rod iron and we happened to stumble upon it. It really said "James loves Britt" but I think we did a pretty good job covering it up. Now, whenever we head that way we have to stop at 'our' sign and take pictures. I spiced this picture up a bit and like the way it turned out.
